Major support
#SEAstart
The Groupement is also behind the SEAstart program, the only French gas pedal for naval start-ups.
#CORIMER
GICAN is directly involved in financing maritime innovation through its role in CORIMER (Council for Research and Innovation of Maritime Industries). Its roadmaps are organized around four key themes: Smart Ship, Smart Yard, Green Ship, and Next-Gen Offshore Industries.
Aiming for unified management of innovation support within the sector, CORIMER serves as a forum for dialogue between the State and the industry. It optimizes public support for innovation and guides projects towards public funding schemes, particularly those of the Investments for the Future Program (PIA) and France 2030.
#Follow-up on innovation-related calls
GICAN provides a list of invitations to tender of interest to members at French and European level.
