Founded in 2016, SPINERGIE is an AI-based maritime tech platform that measures, evaluates and optimizes the performance of ships and maritime operations to significantly improve their environmental and operational impact. To this end, the company aggregates a multitude of previously siloed data and processes it through innovative AI algorithms to provide real-time analytics and predictive recommendations.
With operations in the USA, Europe and Asia, the company currently employs 80 people across four offices: Paris, London, Austin, Singapore.

SPINERGIE markets two solutions: its Market Intelligence platform dedicated to the offshore industry, and its Smart Fleet Management suite of solutions, which enables real-time monitoring of fleet activity, optimizing its use and operational efficiency in order to reduce its environmental footprint.
Market Intelligence is a market intelligence solution providing access to a vast amount of valuable data on the offshore industry. The positions of vessels operating in the offshore sector are tracked in real time and cross-referenced with all available public data to provide high value-added analyses: market status, vessel performance indicators, project progress, and much more.
The solution includes nearly 15,000 vessels, 14,000 wind turbines, 13,000 oil fields and over a thousand subsea assets. Nearly 3,000 ports and 150 production sites are also tracked to provide analysis of the production chain.
This information enables shipowners, developers and other Offshore players to make the right strategic and commercial decisions, and to improve the efficiency of their operations. The solution is used by all major wind energy developers, contributing to the global growth of offshore wind energy.
Smart Fleet Management improves real-time visibility, simplifies workflows and enhances the operational and environmental efficiency of a fleet. The platform comprises 4 modules:
? Smart Reporting: automatically filled-in logbooks for class companies to validate compliance (EU MRV, IMO DCS, EU ETS, FuelEU). These reports are tailor-made for each project or ship type.
? Operations Performance: an interface for coordinating maritime operations (map), with operational tracking tables for projects or voyages defined as cycles (performance indicators).
? Vessel Performance: a tool for modelling a vessel’s consumption performance in relation to operational conditions, enabling the quantification of performance degradations or improvements following maintenance actions.
? Voyage Optimization: powered by the Vessel Performance module, this tool provides directly actionable recommendations for reducing the cost and environmental impact of a vessel in operation.
