Products and Services
JET-FUELING SYSTEM (SHIPBOARD, HELICOPTER)

– Use:
this installation enables on-board jet fuel loading, storage bunker management and refueling of helicopters on flight deck and in hover flight with purified jet fuel;
– description:
this unit consists of a compact skid enabling pumping, filtration, fuel distribution and communication with the ships’ centralized control system;
– technical performance:
– loading flow rate: 100 to 200 m3/h,
– bunkering flow rate: 6 to 48 m3/h,
– quality of jet fuel dispensed:
– particulate content: < 1 mg/l,
– water content: < 5 ppm;
– optional equipment:
– filling system designed for in-flight refueling of helicopters from the deck of a ship,
– flow rate: 40 m3/h,
– operating pressure: 3.5 bar (some details may be adapted depending on the refueling ship and helicopter type).

AIRCRAFT FUELLING UNIT (JET FUEL STORAGE AND DISTRIBUTION)

– Use:
this unit is primarily intended for supplying helicopters with jet fuel on oil platforms or land bases;
– description:
– this system can perform various functions, which can be grouped together on the same skid or distributed over separate skids,
– storage capacities range from 2,500 to 4,000 liters with one or more tanks,
– each tank can be offered with an overboard tipping device in case of emergency,
– pumping is generally performed by two positive displacement pumps with bypass (one in operation and the other on “standby”,
– filtration/separation is performed by a coalescer filter-separator meeting current standards, and metering is performed by a volumetric meter,
– dispensing is performed by means of a hose on a reel, a spout for gravity bunkering, or a regulator hook for pressure bunkering,
– technical performance:
– flow rate: from 6 to 24 m3/h,
– regulated pressure: 1.5 to 3.5 bar,
– filtration: 1 µ,
– water content: < 5 ppm;
– compliant with military standards DCSEA 5104 – US MIL 8901 OR CIVIL ES API 1581 + EI 1583.
