CRITI-CALL is an innovative unified critical communications platform designed and developed by PRESCOM. Open and all-IP, it manages heterogeneous multimedia communications (Radio PMR, Radio LTE MCPTT, Telephony, Interphony, Public Address, etc.) from workstations. Based on a centralized, secure software suite, CRITI-CALL is designed to interface with third-party systems and applications for decision support (CAD) or operations support (SAE). In this way, all communications can be monitored from business applications with a bidirectional workflow, and are perfectly integrated into the eco-systems of control rooms (Geographical Information System, Legal Recorder, Telephony, Directories, Authentication, Supervision, etc.).It can be deployed in a variety of ways: on physical servers, on virtual machines or in a datacenter. It can be operated on a dedicated or shared basis, thanks to native resource partitioning, enabling the platform to be used in SaaS mode.
‘TACTICOM Intervention2 is a communication case designed for the interconnection needs of tactical bubbles with traditional PMR networks, LTE broadband networks and CTA/CODIS. Gateway easily transportable by a single person and deploys in less than 5 minutes in total autonomy.
