MUSTHANE is an industrial company specialized in the design and manufacture of innovative solutions using flexible composites. Our company designs and produces equipment that supports the mobility of Air, Land, and Naval forces.
The expertise of our engineering department is built around two main areas:

Musthane designs and manufactures trafficability mats for soft ground, enabling safe and efficient movement of pedestrians and vehicles ranging from light to heavy duty.
These mats are composed of modules that can be easily and quickly assembled on site through a simple interlocking system.
Engineered to deliver outstanding field performance, Musthane’s patented landing mats combine efficiency, strength, and reliability—exceeding standard operational requirements. They are:
• rollable and lightweight,
• reinforced with composite bars,
• puncture-resistant,
• equipped with a non-slip surface,
• easy to remove from the ground even in muddy conditions,
• completely dustproof,
• customizable (colors, markings, reversible options, etc.).
The range of landing mats can also be supplied with a system allowing automatic deployment and retrieval using a reel.
Musthane designs floating barriers for anti-pollution and anti-intrusion purposes to secure maritime areas such as military ports or sensitive coastal zones. Their ease of deployment and long service life help reduce maintenance operations.
Dimensions, lengths, and additional options (alarm/lighting systems, nets, etc.) can be customized according to your specifications and requirements.
Musthane designs and manufactures flexible onboard tanks for missiles, drones, helicopters, land vehicles, boats, and submarines. They are used as primary or auxiliary fuel tanks to increase the vehicle’s capacity. Each tank is custom-designed based on technical drawings and specifications to optimize the available space within the vehicle, providing a lightweight and impact-resistant solution.
An optional self-sealing protection system can be integrated to prevent leaks in surface vessels or submarines pierced by projectiles ranging from 7.62mm to 14.5 mm calibers. This compact and lightweight system enhances the survivability of equipment exposed to high-intensity conflict environments.
Musthane designs and manufactures high-pressure inflatable plugs used for the isolation, bypassing, or sealing of pressurized pipelines. They are custom-built based on technical drawings and specifications to adapt to all pipe shapes and various operating environments.
Their design combines a metallic structure with toroidal cushions and elastomer seals to ensure excellent mechanical strength and optimal adhesion. Compact, lightweight, and durable, Musthane’s plugs guarantee quick deployment and maximum reliability, even under high back-pressure conditions.
