MOTEURS JM is a designer and manufacturer of customized electric motors for harsh environments (pressure, temperature, aggressive gases, shock, vibration, etc.). Motors from 0.5 to 500 kW, air- and water-cooled, asynchronous and synchronous. We master the entire motor value chain: design, manufacturing, testing, sales, maintenance and repair. We’ve been serving customers around the world from our Normandy base since 1948.
Our naval military customers include Naval Group’s FrégatesFREMM and submarinesBARACCUDA, for which we have produced electric motors forCabestan,Guindeau,AzimuteandPropulsion Auxiliaire.We also supply motors for EDF and ORANO, respectively for power plant ventilation applications (safety devices) and acid tank agitators for waste reprocessing. For EDF, our motors are K3AD-qualified, and we are regularly audited by EDF, for whom the traceability, processes and documentation accompanying the motors are paramount.
We also produce motors for industrial furnaces and autoclaves (heat treatment of metal parts, food starching, food renneting, etc.);rilization, composite parts for the aeronautics industry, glass and steel processing, additive metal printing).
