MAPPEM has developed a series of tools to meet the full range of site characterization needs. In geophysics, resistivity imaging provides data that complements or replaces conventional techniques. Our techniques are particularly well suited to complex areas, to better define soil models, even in the presence of gas, hard rock, cavities, boulders, etc. For the detection of buried objects, MAPPEM techniques can detect ferrous and non-ferrous objects such as LMB aluminum mines, or in magnetically disturbed areas.
