About

Lebronze alloys, a global leader since 1934, designs and manufactures high-performance copper and nickel alloys for critical applications in the defense, naval, and aerospace sectors. With 8 production sites and 6 service centers, the Group delivers innovative solutions and worldwide customer support. Our integrated expertise covers the entire value chain, from design to the production of finished and semi-finished products. Lebronze alloys has also developed an upcycling process that enables manufacturing from recycled metals, reducing environmental impact and strengthening strategic independence. This unique positioning makes Lebronze alloys a trusted strategic partner for critical materials in extreme environments.

Our key skills are first and foremost metallurgical: recovery of scrap metal, alloy casting (continuous, semi-continuous, centrifugal foundries), hot processing (extrusion, hot rolling, forging), cold processing (drawing, rolling, wire drawing, cold heading, heat treatments, finishing.
We also produce blanks and finished parts to drawing.
We also produce blanks and finished parts to drawing.
Our industrial operations are essentially integrated, and we rarely call on technical subcontractors.
In addition, we often distribute our own products.
What’s more, we often distribute our products by keeping them in stock and/or organizing the supply chain to provide the best possible service.
We are present, either directly or via authorized partners, all over the world.

Products and Services
Anticorrosion copper-nickel alloys : Navinic range

Copper-nickel alloys, also known as Cu-Ni (10 to 30 % nickel), offer excellent corrosion resistance, especially in marine saltwater environments. The chemical composition of alloys Navinic 10 and Navinic 30 has been optimized in collaboration with our customers in order to maximize the behavior of the metal under the most stringent conditions of seawater corrosion. Additionally, Navinic 10 and Navinic 30 meet all requirements of most international standards.

Lebronze alloys has an extensive range of Copper Nickel materials and components designed for the Marine, Oil & Gas and Defense challenging environments (seawater corrosion in topsides, ships and submarines).

Nickel-aluminum-bronze alloy : NC2

NC2 | CuAl9Ni5Fe4 is a nickel-aluminum-bronze alloy designed for Marine applications. It is resistant to seawater corrosion, saline mist and oxidation.

Copper nickel aluminum alloy : K5B

K5B | CuNi14Mn4Al2 is a wrought copper nickel aluminum alloy designed for high strength applications in seawater environment. It is non-magnetic and resists mechanical wear, galling, stress relaxation, corrosion and erosion. It is easily machined into complex components, whilst being environmentally friendly being both lead and beryllium-free.

Navinic anticorrosion alloys

Copper-nickel alloys, also known as Cu-Ni (10-30% nickel), offer excellent corrosion resistance, particularly in marine saltwater environments. The chemical composition of Navinic 10 and Navinic 30 alloys has been optimized in collaboration with our customers to maximize the metal’s behavior under the most rigorous seawater corrosion conditions. What’s more, Navinic 10 and Navinic 30 meet all the requirements of most international standards.

Lebronze alloys offers a wide range of cupro-nickel materials and components designed for demanding marine, oil & gas and defense environments (seawater corrosion in topsides, ships and submarines).

NC2

NC2 | CuAl9Ni5Fe4 is an aluminum-nickel bronze alloy designed for marine applications. It resists seawater corrosion, salt spray and oxidation.

K5B | CuNi14Mn4Al2

K5B | CuNi14Mn4Al2 is a rolled copper-nickel-aluminium alloy designed for high-strength applications in marine environments. It is non-magnetic and resists mechanical wear, galling, stress relief, corrosion and erosion. It is easy to work into complex components, while being environmentally friendly as it is lead- and beryllium-free.
