Lebronze alloys is a fully integrated metallurgical company, from casting to finished machined parts, with all operations based in France. Since 1934, the Group has developed and manufactured alloys, semi-finished products, forged blanks and components for critical applications in the naval, defence and aerospace sectors, supporting major national sovereignty programmes.
Casting, forging and certification are all carried out within a single French organization. This integrated model ensures full traceability, control of critical materials and secure supply chains. For long lead-time components, Lebronze alloys provides a reliable second-source capability in France, supported by stocks of raw materials and critical parts held in its service centres.

Lebronze alloys offers more than 250 high-performance alloys and materials, available as bars, tubes, strips, wires, forged blanks and finished components made to drawing. Our expertise covers the entire value chain, from metal scrap recycling to continuous, semi-continuous and centrifugal casting, as well as hot working processes such as extrusion, rolling and forging, and cold working processes including drawing, rolling, wire drawing, cold forming and heat treatment.
Thanks to our upcycling process, our naval-grade alloys contain up to 99% recycled material and require no rare earth elements, combining environmental performance with supply security.
Most of our manufacturing operations are carried out in-house, with limited reliance on subcontracting. Combined with our global presence, this allows us to manage supply chains efficiently and stay close to our customers’ programmes worldwide.
Lebronze alloys develops materials and components for the most demanding naval, offshore and defence environments, including seawater systems, weapon systems, propulsion equipment and detection systems.
Supported by its service centres and fully integrated industrial organization, the Group offers supply solutions tailored to defence programmes, including dedicated inventory, scheduled deliveries and the ability to supply small quantities whenever required.
Cupronickel alloys containing 10% to 30% nickel provide outstanding resistance to seawater corrosion. The compositions of Navinic 10 and Navinic 30 have been developed and optimized together with our customers to meet the most demanding operating conditions, including topside installations, surface vessels and submarines. They comply with the requirements of major international standards and contain up to 97% recycled material.
The range is available as bars, tubes, flat products, flanges and custom-made components for the naval, oil & gas, and defence sectors.
NC4 NAV (CuAl10Ni5Fe4) is used by the French Navy, while NC2 (CuAl9Ni5Fe4) is specified by the Royal Navy. These nickel-aluminium bronze alloys combine excellent seawater corrosion resistance with high mechanical strength, making them ideal for valves, piping systems and forged blanks used in naval applications. Containing up to 98% recycled material, they offer a reliable and sustainable solution for demanding marine and defence environments.
K5B (CuNi14Mn4Al2) is a high-strength wrought copper-nickel-aluminium alloy designed for demanding marine environments. It is non-magnetic and offers excellent resistance to wear, galling, corrosion and erosion, while being completely free of lead and beryllium.
Niclal 400 and pure nickel grades (Ni 200, Ni 201 and Ni 206) complement the range for propulsion systems, detection equipment and pressurized circuits. They are produced in the same melting furnaces and qualified through the same certification routes as our copper-based alloys, ensuring consistent quality and full traceability.
Hardiall (CuNi15Sn8), a high-performance beryllium-free alloy, is designed for demanding connector and naval mechanical applications, combining high strength, durability and reliability.
