Our company was founded in 2008 and develops innovative, high-performance solutions for the operation and maintenance of industrial plants.
Originally, iPDF(c) technology was created to be able to work IN SITU (on site), to overcome network outages (power, IT and Internet), and to be able to access data very quickly during crisis management (industrial accident, blackout), using very few IT resources (no IT server or databases).
Our core business is Technical Information Management (TIM).
Our solutions are backed by over 25 years’ experience working with major international manufacturers, and cover the following areas of activity:
– management of technical documentation and itags;
– navigation between iPDF documents, data and 3D models;
– operation and maintenance of industrial plants;
– management of electronic batch records (EBR) and traceability;
– our Professional Services.
Interactive portal for access to documents, tags and technical data:
– Hypertext link navigation in iPDF documents + data + 3D models;
– Portable stand-alone APP requiring no servers or databases;
– Access to lists of annotated data on documents (anomalies, jobs, decks…);
– Real-time link with certain 3D software (Navisworks, Aveva E3D)’.
Industrial annotation of PDF files:
– Structuring and enrichment of PDF annotations to create customized business applications directly in PDF files;
– Visual approach and creation of databases (jobs, tasks, materials, inspection, etc.) from PDF iAnnotations.

The INCITIUS solutions are being used on a regular basis for over fifteen years, for the planning of major shutdowns of oil & gas platforms.
The identification of the works activities directly on the (iPDF) diagrams describing the facilities ensures the consistence between the unique works list and the diagrams annotated by the shutdown planning team.
The production of the set of shutdown activities IN the final scope, organised by discipline and associated to their identification on the diagrams becomes an controlled and standard input at shutdown start-up.
