Industrial Sovereignty

Our “TYPE IP1” packagings are fully manufactured from X2CrNi18-9 stainless steel in accordance with NF EN 10027. The packagings consist of 4 vertical walls made of smooth sheet metal, with a thickness of 3 to 5 mm depending on the model. These faces are assembled at the 4 corners by U-bent sheet metal posts with a thickness of 5 mm.
These posts are equipped with:

At the bottom: guides for stacking onto the posts of another packaging with the same footprint.

At the top: a borehole allowing slinging for handling, and securing on trucks for transport.
The bottom of the packagings consists of a flat sheet metal with a thickness of 4 or 5 mm, potentially reinforced, depending on the model, by one or more bent sheet metal profiles of identical thickness.
An EPDM U-profile seal is fixed to the upper part of the vertical walls. It rests against the inside of the lid.

Operating temperature limits: from – 40°C to + 120°C.
The packaging lid consists of a 3 mm thick bent sheet metal, forming a slight “cross-break” (or diamond point) in its center. The lid is held in the closed position by means of toggle latches.
