FREIGHTECOM is an exceptional freight forwarder, exclusively dedicated since 2000 to the worldwide transport of yachts/boats by cargo.
The 2 main types of boat we transport are:
– workboats: shipyards, government ships (including military), ferries, barges, ferries, pilot boats, fishing boats, etc;
– pleasure boats: monohulls and multihulls, sailboats or motorboats, luxury yachts, megayachts and racing boats.
Shipment of yachts is not always easy, with many specific features to be taken into account throughout the journey and the transport chain: that’s our job.
Door-to-door management of shipments, from the point of departure where the yacht is located to the point of arrival at its destination: pre-carriage by road or convoying to the port of departure, port operations at the port of departure, chocking and seizure, surveyor, customs, sea freight, transport insurance, port operations at the port of arrival and post-carriage.
