Since 1970, EOCEN (formerly PLANITEC), a subsidiary of the SETEC group, has become a European leader in industrial project management. We provide our customers with the support they need to achieve their objectives, covering all the associated themes: project structuring, mastery of the triptych of challenges, costs and technical performance, management of interfaces, risks and opportunities, reporting… We provide consulting, training, operational support and project management assistance for the implementation or upgrading of project portfolio management tools. Our data and BI skills and our innovation program contribute to improving the efficiency of our customers’ projects.
Our 400-strong workforce is made up of over 95% engineers and managers, all of whom specialize in project management.
Attentive to the continuous development of their skills, we have implemented a proactive training policy to ensure the appropriate level of mastery of our business, along three axes:
• project management methodology (grâce à l’Université EOCEN) ;
• behavioral knowledge ;
• specific tools.
We encourage our staff to be certified by external bodies (PMI, IPMA, Prince 2).
In addition, as part of EOCEN’s development and to meet our customers’ challenges, we have launched an innovation program based on four pillars:
• intelligent steering tools;
• augmented PMO;
• new working methods;
• improved collaboration.
This program produces innovative project management solutions, for quality decision-making and more competitive projects.
Our almost 40 years of experience in this type of intervention in a wide range of industries gives us an unrivalled benchmarking capability. Our strong point can be summed up as the pragmatic application of adapted methodological principles to achieve our customers’objectives.
Intervening across the entire scope of Project Management (deadlines, costs, resources, risks…), we never lose sight of our main objectives, namely:
– To constantly provide our customers with a realistic vision of the state of progress of their project, with the aim of meeting project objectives in terms of performance, time and budget;
– To propose preventive actions, which anticipate difficulties whenever possible, and corrective actions to alleviate proven difficulties.’
