Founded in 1978 in La Motte d’Aveillans, we specialize in the design and manufacture of thermal and thermodynamic equipment.
A thermal exchanger is a system for transferring thermal energy from one fluid to another. The aim is to heat, cool or maintain a constant temperature. Our core business is the manufacture of complex exchangers for hi-tech markets.
The company carries out studies and manufactures customized, high-tech changers for 3 markets:
• Defense and Space;
• Scientific and Research;
• Industrial and Hydrogen.
Our customers are major players in the hi-tech industry: Airbus, Thalès, Naval Group, Technicatome, Schneider, Air Liquide, Symbio, PsiQuantum and others.
As an engineering and manufacturing company, our core business is the study, design and manufacture of customized, high-tech changers.
We offer a wide range of products, including thermal changers (two or three circuits), thermal notches and heat pipes.
To meet all our customers’ needs, we draw on a wide range of industrial skills:
• TIG and electric welding;
• brazing;
• bonding;
• assembly;
• boiler making;
• mechanical and laser cutting;
• pressure and tension testing;
• experimental qualification: aéraulic and hydraulic test benches.
This expertise enables us to meet complex requirements such as extreme cryogenic temperatures (-271.3°C/1.8K) or very high temperatures (700°C/1000K), constrained environments (space, extreme vacuum), as well as weight and volume constraints.
Our screen-fin heat exchangers are designed to efficiently transfer thermal power between a gas and a fluid. These exchangers are particularly suitable for cooling systems, such as air cooling with water for electrical cabinets, for example.
Are designed to efficiently transfer thermal power between two or more fluids, with or without phase changes.These exchangers use materials such as stainless steel or nickel alloys. The assembly method is made only with TIG welds.
