CREPIM

CREPIM is a laboratory for the development and validation of materials for sectors concerned by fire safety (naval, rail, building, etc.). Accredited by COFRAC as a testing laboratory (ISO 17025), and recognized by the International Maritime Organization, CREPIM carries out reaction and resistance to fire tests in line with the International Code for the Application of Fire Test Methods (FTP Code) and STANAG 4602 (standardization agreement relating to the evaluation of the reaction to fire performance of materials). CREPIM also supports you in your R&D projects, through the development of fireproof formulations, and in understanding the regulatory and technical constraints of different markets by organizing technical training courses.

R&D projects, technical training, fire reaction and resistance testing:
– for the civil sector (in accordance with FTP CODE 2010): non-combustibility test (Appendix 1 Part 1), smoke development analysis (Appendix 1 Part 2), fire resistance of type “A”, “B” and “F” partitions (Appendix 1 Part 3), fire resistance of fire door control devices (Appendix 1 Part 4), surface flammability test (Annex 1 Part 5), test for fireproof materials for high-speed craft (Annex 1 Part 10 Appendix 2) and fire resistance of fire compartments for high-speed craft (Annex 1 Part 11);
– for the military sector (in accordance with STANAG 4602): non-combustibility test (AFAP-1), determination of Oxygen Limit Index (AFAP-1), smoke analysis (AFAP-2), flue gas toxicity analysis (AFAP-3), surface flammability test (AFAP-4) and heat flow analysis (AFAP-5).
