CINav, Campus national des industries de la mer.
The CINav association works to serve the marine industries in terms of training, jobs and skills.
CINav is a benchmark organization operating at national level.
CINav’s missions revolve around three key areas: attracting and promoting the marine industry and its professions; giving a maritime flavour to existing training courses; and preparing for the future by responding to innovative collaborative projects and maintaining forward-looking management of jobs and skills.

– Promote the attractiveness of the industry by introducing people to the trades and training courses that will support the development of the marine industry,
– Adapt existing training courses to the skill requirements of the industry, and/or encourage the creation of new ones that incorporate emerging technologies and associated trades. Through a labeling process (Label By CINav), CINav certifies the quality of training courses to guarantee the future employability of learners,
– Build and maintain a sector-wide Employment and Skills Forecasting system to identify the recruitment needs of marine industries and give visibility to training centers,
– Encourage the international development of companies by associating an innovative training offer with the marketing of a product and/or service. Provide future employees with the skills needed to work on international projects for French manufacturers.
