AMBPR (AUTONOMOUS MOBILE BLAST PAINT ROBOT)
All engineering and industrial research activities, in particular projects involving autonomous mobile robots applied to surface treatment and anticorrosive or decorative painting. All activities relating to design and studies, purchasing and control of equipment manufacture, construction and commissioning of industrial technical installations, and metal structures in the field of fossil and/or renewable energies. The creation of services associated with this type of pre-project, robotization studies, assistance with project management or project implementation, inspection, control and monitoring of structures against corrosion. Follow-up and implementation of the above-mentioned projects, training, documentation, supply and production of spare parts, maintenance and modernization of equipment. Publication, sale and, if necessary, maintenance of all computer software related to the above activities.
GreenDock Robot is a 3-in-1 solution for washing, stripping and painting ships. It paints evenly, without touching the surface. Designed on the basis of a mother-of-pearl, GreenDock Robot blends seamlessly into a worksite: craning, handling, maintenance – everything follows familiar practices and works with standard equipment. This autonomous mobile robot frees personnel from tedious tasks. The painter equips the robot with tools, approaches the workstation and organizes the task using intuitive controls. He indicates the start and end of the job, then sets the job data on the console: choice of tool line, nozzle type, distance from the part, feed speed. GreenDock Robot recovers water, abrasives and paint at source. It improves the environmental quality of the worksite and leaves a dry, clean dock. With total control over its actions, GreenDock Robot enables automation, improved production and co-activity.

Backed by SERCEL, the company’s majority shareholder, AMBPR has developed the “GreenDock Robot”, a tool-carrying robot that can be fitted with the desired process and waste collection systems. With this GreenDock Robot, we want to put an end to tedious, dangerous operations, and increase quality and productivity, and reduce the consumption of paints applied, as part of a zero-rejection dynamic to protect the environment.
