ALTA ARES
Alta Ares is a French start-up founded in January 2024, specialising in AI-powered counter-drone software and systems for detection, multi-sensor analysis, decision-making and information superiority. Its technologies are now deployed and tested in demanding operational environments, including the Ukrainian theatre. Alta Ares’ solutions are primarily designed for armed forces. Alta Ares now has 130 employees and a presence in France, Ukraine, the United States, Greece and the United Arab Emirates. The company recently announced a €50 million funding round to support its development and rapid growth.
We operate primarily in the fields of defence and the protection of critical infrastructure.. Our activities cover several strategic areas: the detection and neutralisation of emerging threats, in particular through counter-drone solutions, and sovereign software solutions for tactical integration and for accelerating the decision-making loop.
Our solutions are deployed across several theatres of operation, notably in Ukraine.
Alta Ares’ products also attract state and private-sector players seeking to protect sensitive sites.
