As part of its OEM strategy, the Etienne Lacroix Group (€150M in sales) is boosting its position as a pyrotechnic systems integrator by acquiring the Bordeaux-based drone manufacturer Milton.
“Milton has expertise in drone design and secure data links. These skills are highly compatible with the Group’s focus on systems integration, particularly pyrotechnics,” explains Marie Bares-Girodot, the Group’s Managing Director.
“We are looking forward to developing a host of synergies with the other entities in the Etienne Lacroix Group, such as Lacroix in the field of self-protection for military platforms, Alsetex in the field of security, Ruggieri for large-scale shows and ELL in logistics,” she continues.
Alongside the Group’s financing capabilities, Milton can now draw on the industrial experience of the Etienne Lacroix Group to drive its expansion in France and abroad.”
